As a community-based provider, our clinicians travel to our clients across the Perth Metro region to provide services in their homes, at school or in community locations, and our clinic is located in Lathlain.

Occupational Therapy
Assists you with building skills for everyday life and independence, including self-care routines, fostering social relationships and participating in community activities. We work with you to create a personalised plan to help expand your capabilities.
Functional Capacity Assessments
Provides a clear picture of your abilities and support needs to assist with NDIS planning, access, or review. We assess your physical, cognitive and psychosocial functioning to make tailored recommendations.
Speech Pathology
Helps strengthen your communication skills across speech, language and social interaction. We also empower clients who need support with swallowing (dysphagia) to enjoy safer, more comfortable mealtimes.
Early Childhood Intervention
Promotes the development of children aged 0–9 in key areas like communication, movement, learning, social interaction and emotional regulation. We also equip families to better respond to their child’s needs to help them thrive.
Physiotherapy
Improves your mobility and movement to boost your ability in daily activities. We offer individualised exercise programs, hydrotherapy, Assistive Technology Assessments and a variety of therapeutic supports.

We recommend modifications for your living space like ramps and rails to improve safety, accessibility and independence at home. Assessments align with NDIS, aged care and building code requirements.
